Blake dusted off a film reel he had found in his film director Grampas' attic, wrapped them in a red rag, and put them on a tray to be carried by his girlfriend Verity to the cutting room. Verity took the tray, but only a few steps later she tripped on an outstretched leg of a dead body that stuck out of a hallway closet and tumbled down the stairs into the cutting room, where the editor waited with a freshly sharpened knife. He ran a finger along the blade, licked his lips, and with glowing eyes stepped toward Verity.
