Your Honour, I would like to present a signed affidavit stating I, the complainant, have forfeited my rights to the funds under duress. To that end I would like to bring two witnesses who will corroborate my statement and my testimony before the court adjourns. Furthermore, I would like to stress that the defendant had exerted continual pressure on myself and the CEO, without abatement. No extenuating circumstance should be considered as they only reflect the deterrence measures set in place by myself and the CEO. There were no legal impediments to the transaction, save my speech impediment, if we can call it a legal impediment, that brought about a temporary misunderstanding that has dissipated during the meeting and was completely resolved by the end of the said meeting. However, contrary to the defendant's claims, my speech impediment did not precipitate the defendant's deliberate misrepresentation of the events as they unfolded and consequently led to the imminent seizure of all the available funds by the defendant. If the defendant is acquitted of the gross negligence and misappropriation of the funds, I will not only appeal the court's decision but also press charges against your Honour.

Kull 🙂 our instructor would be proud of you. Nisem prebrala tako natancno, na prvi pogled ne izgleda tako napacno. Mi imamo male kvize vsak teden za 1% glede teh besed. Meni kar gredo (trkam na les), v prvem semestru sem imela anglescino A. Sem ponosna na to ker je tuj jezik. Takole izgledajo mali kvizi, izgleda lahko samo ni tako nedolzno in simple 🙂
